The following is a rough list of the 50 BIGGEST HEALTH LIES! (not in order there are hundreds, these are the one's I thought of in 30 seconds)
A tiny explanation follows, but I could go on forever. Just know that there are some huge lies about the items on the list. How can you get healthy, lose fat, and heal your body if you believe  all of these things are healthy for you when in fact, they are the opposite!?!
What you don't know about these things is killing you. Maybe you should stop consuming, using, believing them until you KNOW THE TRUTH.

I thought this picture was apropos to this section since it is loaded with lies, even though they are totally obvious to every one over 5. (I hope)

We must remember, satan is the "prince" of this world. he was here first, he hates our guts and wants desperately to destroy us and since the beginning of human life, he and his army have been busy corrupting EVERYTHING. It should be no surprise that every single thing that the world thinks is great, is actually bad.

The following 50 items/topics are corrupted by huge LIES. Many invoke a perception which is actually OPPOSITE of the truth about them!

You know what you've been taught about these, but I will list some truth after each of them that might surprise you. Do your own research and learn the whole truth.


1.  chicken-the most un-healthy meat due to the way they're mass produced.                                 

2.  yogurt-none of the store bought brands have live bacteria-all pasteurized dead-artificial sweeteners        
3.  low fat-makes you fat                                   
4.  sugar free-makes you fat-artificial sugars damage the following-nerves-hormones-fats-organs-joints        
5.  non hydrogenated-they may start with that, but once they cook it, it becomes hydrogenated!
6.  Pasteurized-KILLS all life of the food!!! Kills all nutrition! If it's pasteurized, you shouldn't eat it                
7.  fluoride-deadly cancer causing chemical! Not the form that fights cavities.                                
8.  protein-HIGHEST sources on earth are NOT Animal!! Highest from Spirulina,sprouts,quinoa,hemp seed       
9.  low-carb-makes you fat-should be staple of diet                                     
10. fat-doesn't make you fat-makes you healthy and thin                                        
11. calories-mean completely different cooked or raw. You Know Nothing!                                  
12. synthetic vitamins-do NOT do health-they act like drugs!                  
13. which supplements-some critical-some garbage                  
14. vegetarian (what is)-means no animal really, has become everything else               
15. whole wheat-90% of products that say this are opposite, it's flour                           
16. whole grain-Same deal, doesn't matter what start with, end with flour                             
17. Natural-legal term which means absolutely nothing other than it exists                                    
18. Organic vs. conventional-conventional should be called chemical, processes, modified, poison, unnatural   
19. food pyramid and 4 food groups
