THE HOME COLONIC
Internal Bathing
First,
who needs to do internal bathing?? Only
people that EAT FOOD! Even if you think
you’re quite regular and empty the entire contents of your bowel on a daily
basis, let me reassure you that this is simply impossible, unless you eat only
raw, organic fresh, fruits and vegetables, sprouted grains, and distilled water
every day of your life and nothing else.
You see all processed foods and all animal products leave behind a paste
like residue that stays in you indefinitely.
Just ask your friendly neighborhood coroner. It’s common for a corner to find 40+ lbs of
rotted fecal matter, mucous, and parasites when they cleanse out bowels on autopsy
and/or embalming. They use a powerful
hose and strong corrosive chemicals to cleanse out the bowels and when they are
finished, the body is literally deflated.
Big giant “beer” bellies miraculously disappear. Few people actually gain more than an inch of
adipose (fat) tissue on their abdomen.
The belly all comes from stretched out full enlarged bowel. Just like a gradually clogging sink
pipe or coronary
artery, the bowel collects sticky, mucous layers from foods such as
cheese, gravy, meat fish, bread white flour,
sugar, chocolate,
caramel, ice cream, fried chicken, French fries, pudding, yogurt,
crackers, cereals, pancakes, I could go on forever!!!
The only foods that
don’t form these mucousy sticky layers are raw fruits, raw
vegetables, sprouted whole grains and beans that
are not cooked over
107 degrees.
So get your combination
water bottle “enema/douche” that can be
obtained at any CVS
pharmacy and let’s get ready! Here’s how
you do it.

Step 1
Disrobe and lay down
some towels on your bathroom floor. Fill
your enema bag with tepid/room temp water (preferably filtered) attach the hose
to the bag and hang it on a towel rod or shower bar.
Step 2 Position
(choose one)
- Lie on back with knees bent
- Get on knees and elbows with head
angling down
- Lie on your side with your knees bent
Step 3
Insert the nozzle tip
all the way through the opening of the anal sphincter (approximately 1 inch) so
that the tip is in the rectum. Please be
careful.
Step 4
Release the stop clip
to allow the flow of water into your colon.
Note on your first
fill, you probably won’t be able to hold much water before you feel the urge to
eliminate.
Step 5
When you’re as full
as you can stand, clip your hose, remove the nozzle tip and go sit on the
commode and let it flow.
Step 6
When you have
eliminated as much as you need, refill the enema bag and start over at step
3. This time, you should be able to hold
the entire 2 qt. bag.
*Tip* Do not be
disturbed, frightened, upset, or worried about the extremely painful cramps
that may happen during the filling of the colon. This is from water meeting gas, fecal matter,
or water stretching open the constricted area of the bowel. This is not dangerous. This is exactly what you want to happen.
*Note* when you have
emptied the entire bag into your colon, clamp off and remove the hose, and try
to hold the water in your bowel for five to ten minutes. Try to roll around to different positions to
allow the water to work in to more areas.
Try to shake the body some or pat on your abdomen.
*Note* you will have
intense cramps and the urge to eliminate, that will come and go in waves. Try to hold during these times because the
colon is working against the water to reshape and repair. Also, the intense cramps allow for opening of
the trapped/constricted areas.
*Note* this second
elimination is usually very dark and fowl like coffee.
Step 7
Refill for the third
time. Try to hold this one even longer.
*Note* sometimes this
one comes out mostly clear but be under no Disillusion that you are cleaned
out! This is just the beginning!
Remember this very important point. The
enema can only cleanse the colon/the large intestine, which is only the last 3
feet of the 30 foot long bowel. However,
the enema does stimulate more movement of the 27 feet of small intestine.
*Comment* This
partial cleansing is the reason that enemas and/or colonics must be repeated
many times coinciding with a diet change in order to cleanse the entire bowel.
*Final comments*
Be patient, be persistent, be faithful, and remember the more you do the better
they will get. Good Luck!!
P.S. Some popular misconceptions about enemas.
- They are not addictive. The reason you don’t “go” as much
afterward is that you have emptied more out that usual, so it takes you a
while longer to refill. Consistency
with enemas will correct this problem by allowing your colon to return to
its normal shape and size.
- They DO NOT wash out your
“good” bacteria. Give me a
break! If this were possible, you
would be able to wash away a “sore” throat with a couple glasses of water.
