Where to get Stuff      
This is the A game alkaline diet.  It is a strict plan, but gives the body the most benefits, in the shortest amount of time!!
 
The "A game" Diet
 
1 Gallon of Kangen water 9.5
 
1 quart of Kangen 9.5 every 1/2 hour starting when you first wake up
 
Green nutrient drink
 
2 cups of Kangen 9.5 with 1 heaping Tbl BerryGreen, 1 tsp Ambrotose, & 2 heaping Tbl "The Ultimate Meal",
1 tsp Spirulina Manna, 2 heaping Tbl Hemp seeds, 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt, pinch of cayenne pepper
( look for options on this drink on other pages)
 
1/2 Gallon Kangen water 9.5
 
wait at least 1/2 hour after Green drink, until your stomach is empty
(do 1 quart, wait 1/2 hour, do another)
you have now consumed 6 quarts/ a gallon and a half
 
Sprout wrap or big Sprout salad
 
Avocado
1-2 kinds of leafy lettuce or spinach
cucumber
celery
any or all of the following sprouts
-sunflower sprouts
-mung bean sprouts
-clover sprouts
-broccoli sprouts
(All fresh sprouts are O.K.)
Truly Raw Sauerkraut or Kim Chi (not regular store brand)

for Wraps:
put this into a pre-heated Ezekiel 4:9 FLOURLESS wrap,
(we heat ours in a pannini-type grill for about 20 seconds)
or cold on a Nori sheet, or even a large leaf of red chard, cabbage, or collard
for Salad:
only use raw fresh virgin pressed oil and only Bragg's Apple cider vinegar or lemon for dressing
Do not use store bought dressings, they are pasteurized
 
1/2 Gallon of Kangen water 9.5
 
wait at least 2-3 hours until your stomach is empty before you start drinking
and wait at least a half hour between the 2 quarts
you have now consumed 8Q/ 2Gallons
 
Big salad or sprout wraps again

wait at least a half hour after drinking before you eat
 
 
Sprout Wraps
These are sooo easy! And taste so incredible!  Buy the Ezekiel 4:9 wraps, located in the freezer section at your local health food store.  Fill it with mashed avocado, cucumbers, clover sprouts, radish sprouts, baby spinach, lettuce (any green veggie and sprout of your choice) and some truly Raw Cultured veggies, roll it up and eat! (if you have a pannini machine or a George Foreman grill, you can pre-heat the wrap for more flavor and ease in handling . Ooooh so good!)

***This is a Cleansing & Detox Diet full of Electrolytes however when detoxing electrolytes help carry the toxins out so we recommend adding a little bit of Himalayan Crystal Sea Salt to your food, water or a pinch on tongue to off set any electrolyte fluctuation. **

Anyone who follows this diet to the letter, will lose stored toxins and acids every day that you do it. It's like wringing out a dirty sponge! FOR OPTIMAL ALKALINITY, eat 80% RAW foods. 
*Sprouts of all kinds
*Leafy greens
*Fresh, ripe, in season, organic fruits (if you can find them!)
*Sea vegetables

Go Easy On...
*oils
*Avocadoes
*Nuts and seeds
*Honey
*Brown rice, quinoa, millet
*Baked sweet potatoes

These are the #1 Baddies (acid) to banish from your diet if you want to Alkalize...
*white flour, white sugar, white rice and all other refined carbs
*Processed foods
*Fried foods
*Meats-especially processed
*Dairy
*Coffee, alcohol and carbonated beverages


FOOD COMBINING is a principle to follow if you are feeling loss of energy, gassy or have poor digestion.

*Eat fruit on its own, at least a half hour before eating anything else, and never as a dessert.
*The exception to this rule is that fruits do mix well with green leaves, so the two foods can be mixed in salads, smoothies and juices
*Don't mix concentrated carbs and concentrated proteins.  Have one or the other at a meal, with a salad and/or vegetable.
*Try not to drink at mealtimes.  Its best to finish drinking half an hour before a mealtime, and not to start again until at least an hour after.
